| The Rochez Academy of Irish Dance, founded by Eilis Rochez-McKenna,T.C.R.G., the Academy's primary dance teacher, has an atmosphere that encourages dancers to develop individual dancing skills in solo step dancing classes, and to learn the meaning of teamwork and timing through the Academy's figure dancing classes. The Academy cultivates an attitude of confidence and self-esteem in each of its dancers, while passing on a piece of Irish culture and tradition.
